money definitely affects politics. how much money one has can effect if they get elected or not, do they have money to campaign. also, if someone gets elected and the official recieved money from different businesses, he owes gratitude toward businesses, usually on the republican side.

When it comes to politics success is not only measured by how powerful or influential a person is, money plays a big part in it now. Money has a big influence in politics because issues with money are widely dealt with throughout the country and people are sometimes elected based on what good they can do with money issues. In a sense it could be a good thing and a bad thing because money can help people in politics but it can also cause someone to be at a disadvantage. If there would be any rules about money and politics then it should be that one should not be able to get ahead in politics soley on the use of money.

Money & Elections

I think that money really effects politics in a bad way. The whole race is basically a popularity contest. Who has more money for their campaign has the better chance of winning. I think that ever candidate should have a maximum amount of money that they could use on their campaign. This amount should be the same for every candidate, that way the people could focus more on the issues that the candidates are talking about rather then how much money they are using up.

Money affects politics greatly because the amount of money a candidate has, shows how much they can advertise themselves and get better known to the public. I think that this is a bad thing because someone with no money could still be a very good candidate for president. I think that if there are rules on money in politics that there should be a limit on how much you can spend on advertising, or at least make it so every candidate spends the same amount on advertising.

With all of the attention that Mike Huckabee has been getting through the media and his unexpected appearance on SNL, he may not be considered a front-runner, but he can't be totally considered out of the election.

Global warming, an often arguable idea, should be more considered amongst people. People are using everyday things that are wasteful to our ecosystem, and are often oblivious to what is going on.

i think the election is very interesting, the democrats are still in a tight race while the repunlicans are starting to come together. the general election is going to be very rough with the democrats trying to get in the white house and the republicans trying to stay in it.

I think that this election is boaring because now the republican candidate is pretty much settled and the only competition now is between Obama and Clinton, and it looks as if Obama is winning anyway.
